Today at the Madang Port Services Yard, a 40foot container filled with medical supplies from the US, was handed over to the Madang Modilon Hospital by our Team through our Project Cure Program. On hand to recieve the donation was Acting CEO of the Hospital Dr. Vincent Atua and members of the Hospital Administration and Staff, including Mr. Kevin Murray who was instrumental in making sure the container got in safe. Members of the Madang Rotary Club were there including the Deputy Chairman Dr. Hal Daniel, Manager of PNG Port Services Madang Mr. Motu Morea Lohia and Agriculture and Quarantine Officer Ms. Morisape Taimal from NAQIA to ensure safety procedures were followed. While recieving the donation, Dr. Atua thanked the PNG Tribal Foundation, Project Cure and the Rotary Club of Madang for facilitating the donation and said such help is very timely especially in the harsh economic climate that the country is in. Our Director of Operation Ms. Ruth J Kissam acknowledged all the partners for their contribution as Tribal Foundation is a Tribe of people and organisations that work as a Tribe to bring in help for our people.
